probably. i was in this situation, what would you do?? i saw a car accident and a man was bleeding heavily from his head, and his head needed supporting, would you have held his head, knowing your hands would get covered in blood?? and you had a cut on your hand?

Yes. There are mouth barriers that you can use to protect yourself.

you can catch any transmitted disease regarding someone being homeless or not. people catch hiv from blood tranfusions, you dont have to be gay or a i/v drug user etc. you can never tell
