Dear diary...........I finally know what purple means by the phrase back being "angry".......Im in pain from my neck to my tail bone.......skip my butt because that feels ok and go to the left knee....its swollen....... Will I admit that I may be too old for this type of work??? Nooooooooo

No its not that.........I have osteoarthritis in my back......doc says that "walking" will help!!! Well, in reality I walk/run at least 25 miles a day at work at a fast pace.....I think maybe I just pulled something thinking Im 20 still.......
