Dear Diary, I am loving having been gone for a fair while, and then reappearing, all these newbies, think I am an even newer newbie.. I had one tell me the forum rules, and to stay on topic, cause I was breaching forum rules... Haha haha...as if... moi???

Are you on a high protein.....low carb/fat diet??? then yes.......if not you will turn into a big bag of potatoes!!!

I'm on a don't eat more than 2,000 calories + what ever I burn when I workout diet.
