A "lady" has filed with the state saying I have not helped support her child. I don't know this "lady"and sure as hell haven't slept with her! I know its a bit of a stretch. But!, I do have my self respect!

Its not me. My folks are old and don't need this crud! They are devistated by this. Which just puts me in an even better mood! I'm thinking this is probably just a mistake on the child support agency's part, unfortunately, it happens all too often. Just reassure your parents that it's a mistake. And when you talk to them, make it very, very clear that they are not to contact your parents ever again. By law, they have to abide by that. Send a letter, certified or FedEx with that in writing. You want proof that they received it. |

And if she won't, you may have to go through a paternity test. What a pain in the azz! If there's anything I can do, let me know. Even if you just need an ear, you know I'm here for you

The state has DNA testing according to my letter. So, a friend will drive me in as soon as I get an appointment. As my bud said" Friends don't let friends drive pissed!"
