The statements below are taken from actual insurance accident claims forms.
I collided with a stationary truck coming the other way. A truck backed through my windshield into my wife's face. The other car collided with mine without giving warning of its intention. My car was legally parked as it backed into another vehicle. When I saw I could not avoid a collision I stepped on the gas and crashed into the other car. I started to slow down but the traffic was more stationary than I thought. The accident occurred when I was attempting to bring my car out of a skid by steering it into the other vehicle. I was backing my car out of the driveway in the usual manner, when it was struck by the other car in the same place it had been struck several times before. |

I was working one day and me and the crew (3 of us) went to lunch. We decided to go to a chinese buffet. While in the parking lot i needed a close spot to keep an eye on my truck. (lots of tools) So in main parking isle I see a guy backing out of a spot. I was right behind him so i backed up there was 2 cars behind me the first one backed into the car behind him and the driver got pissed in the second car behind me. He said it was my fault i told him to call the cops then and we ate lunch. Cops came and all that **** but it was funny as hell seeing this guy tryin to blame me for it all. I felt bad but the guy was being an ass so i took amusment too it.........guess you had to be there was funny as hell.
