Well, Pam is started therapy and had a hair cut today. So she is working! Her daughter took her laptop to the care center, but was unable to get wireless service. So working on getting Pam online soon. That would be awesome, i know she misses everyone as much as we miss her, being online would help to pass the time, i know how boring it can be in the hospital. Keeping the prayers and positive thoughts(((Pam)))

I just want to let you all know that I saw Pam this afternoon and spent a couple of hours with her. She is weak, but she looks very good considering all that she has been through. We had a nice visit. I told her about this thread and about all the wonderful prayers and well-wishes. She smiled and was teary-eyed. I am so over-joyed at this wonderful, joyous piece of news, you go girl!! Fight, the good fight, we are all behind you. Now, I have the worst joke you have ever heard and it will not only make you teary eyed, you will be howling for me to stop posting such awful jokes. HURRY BACK SOON HUN !! Here's that awful joke........... A little old lady answered a knock on the door one day, only to be confronted by a well-dressed young man carrying a vacuum cleaner. "Good morning," said the young man. "If I could take a couple of minutes of your time, I would like to demonstrate the very latest in high-powered vacuum cleaners." "Go away!" said the old lady. "I'm broke and haven't got any money!" and she proceeded to close the door. Quick as a flash, the young man wedged his foot in the door and pushed it wide open.. "Don't be too hasty!" he said. "Not until you have at least seen my demonstration." And with that, he emptied a bucket of horse manure onto her hallway carpet. "If this vacuum cleaner does not remove all traces of this horse manure from your carpet, Madam, I will personally eat the remainder." The old lady stepped back and said, "Well let me get you a fork, 'cause they cut off my electricity this morning.' |
