Did you try to resize the pic?

resizing the pic would be the first thing to try. you'll need a photo editor to do this with- if you don't have one, there are a great many free ones available out there on the 'Net, including "Infranview", "Paint.Net", "Gimp", and "Gimpshop".

There are also some pretty good commercial programs as well, but some can be pricey- this goes especially for Adobe Photoshop, which can run in the three-digit range.

Also- make sure you're saving your image to a format JSH will accept. I believe JPEGs are okay, as well as BMPs and maybe even GIFs. I'd be suspect of other formats, though.
