Is the purpose of a bikini really to swim??? I want it multi purpose.....if ya know what I mean??? lil bit 'o duck tape will help hold it in place the shorts are a bit big for me though....I tried to shrink them in the washer tonight.....oh well......

I would say 185-190 lbs for 6ft.....

or maybe even 10........ya I should go for 10 lbs......I can drop it anytime because I have a really good diet but there is no point right now....

When I was looking into the BMI it said I should be around that range. I weigh myself everyday and this past week I was dropping a half a pound a day

I was fine until I quit my job at the casino years ago Every 7 years the body changes its metabolism.......as you get older it gets harder to keep up and achieve the same body/fat ratio......unless you diet and work out some how.....

I was doing a lot of walking and lifting at the time when I worked there. Since my job has that fitness center I'm there 4-6 days a week
