dealing with unscrupulous bodyshop's that do not want to release the " job" they stole in the first place ...until they squeeze as much money out of you ... its called RANSOM in any other business,,,, the bastar#$!!!!!!! So I hung up til Monday ... oh well .. we close at 5pm anyway sir and you will not make it by then ..
