41 is pushing it. I'm 20 but the guy im talking to is 30 so its not bad that bad. But when your 19 and the guy is 41, thats just gross. Hes old enough to be their dad

It doesn't seem a big deal to me... but maybe ask me again when I'm 41... Age is such a non-sequitur for me. Of the top ten things I look for, it's probably 8 or 9 on the list. But hey, that's just me.. <shrug>

wait'll ya meet the family! my family's pretty open minded, but if i brought home someone my parents age, they'd flip. and not on me. i can understand the girls thing. older guy. okay. but the guy....that's just disgusting. and yet happens every day

I was trying not to brag.. LOL
If an 18 year old female asked me out on a date... I'd probably faint, first. But when I came to, I'd might go, but keep my expectations low. There wouldn't be much in common, and she'd probably annoy me (if she's anything like a "typical" 18 year old female, that is), but it wouldn't be a deal breaker, per se. There'd have to be a lot more to her than just being 18. |
