Why must love be mis-used,
why the lies that leaves a heart so bruised,
why not the truth from the start,
why must you tear my life apart?
Why just walk away with no words spoken,
why have you taken my faith and hope as your token?
why were you a phony? why were you a lie?
why were you not that apple in my eye?
unanswered questions to remain in lala land,
But hey I had come to know you and the person
I don't understand,
Now I am saying my goodbyes,
with no tears in my eyes....
