Yeah enjoying the kids, but have a real house full right now, a friend
and his 13 and 10 y/o daughters, plus my daughter and 2 grandkids, wow -
not quiet around here anymore. Maddy is sick so was up with her
coughing most of the night, but other than that, is good.

Even managed to keep my eyes open at work today - made a few extra trips
to the cafeteria for a cup of tea, kept the blood flowing and eyes open
that way. Hope to sleep better tonight.

i won t took 3 asprin and 5 glasses of water so far

Dane - that is true - I saw that on the news about that lady who died of
water intoxication. Unreal wasn't it???

Crazy,mad.. I heard about a runner who died that way. You wouldn't think
that could happen in a marathon,but it did.

Yeah, the one on the news recently was in a water drinking contest. She
won the contest drinking bottled water, then went home and died. She
was in her early 30s I think and had 3 kids I think it said, think she
was from Seattle. I didn't pay a lot of attention to the news when it
was on. Think it caused an imbalance in the electrolytes in her system
and her heart stopped. Was just a couple of weeks ago I think. Guess I
should try typing on the computer and watching the news at the same
time.

It swells the organs and they shut down. The kidneys, heart, and brain
get waterlogged.

Amazing that it can happen.

Well the body is what? 80 percent water?It doesn't take a whole lot to
get past that other twenty. That's why David Blaine's stunt in NYC
didn't work.
