congrats on the weight loss that awesome! It probably depends on how much you weighed when you started and what you weigh now. How do you feel?

From what I understand about 10 pounds a month is the most that most people should loose...however it does depend on how you are loosing it, your built, height, etc. Congrats though on the loss. If you are not sure how you did it though, you should really get checked out by a doctor to make sure you dont have a medical condition to be safe.

This is a trick question - kind of like the old "So do you still beat your wife?"

A pound or two a week is the max that is considered "healthy" but there are SOOOO many other factors to consider.

Muscle is heavier than fat so you may well gain weight and still be healthy.

Don't go by any of those stupid height/weight charts either. Again, the muscle/fat ratio is a factor.

Body fat percentage is a better indicator however that can be misleading as well - since everyone carries fat a little differently.

This is all much more complex than just a number on the scale. Find a competent doctor and fitness instructor to help you find what's best for YOU.
