I've had some interesting conversations with some guys here on JSH. But came across one guy that seemed to be great. I really started to like him. But him knowing my personality, he felt that he wasn't good enough for me. He said he was "rough around the edges" or a "bad @$$". I felt kinda bad, but I was happy he was honest with me. He said he didn't want to waste my time...when I (that's me) could be talking to someone more of my type. I hope this guy finds what he's looking for. If he reconsiders, I'm here. He really is a great guy...no matter what he says.

I've heard this explanation more than once. You gotta wonder if they REALLY think that or it's an excuse ....

I know I've seemed out of a guy's league in the past .. now THAT is ridiculous. I don't feel any better than anyone else, but the fact of how I present myself may be a bit intimidating.

And maybe the caliber of a woman sets a man off sometimes. But even though I am a sophisticated woman I love the bad a$$
