Anybody have a simple and quick recipie of this? Heard it was a great diet and thought about giving it a try.

never heard of cabbage soup,,,,but in th south we do cooked cabbage or steamed cabbage,,,look out,lots of vitiam k

It is shredded cabbage 1 onion carrots celery beef stock or water with beef borvil 25% less salt can of diced tomatoes salt and pepper to taste that's all you eat be prepared you get sick of it real quick |

Here is the one that I have.
Cabbage Soup ⅔ cup Carrots, sliced ½ cup Onion, diced 2 cloves Garlic In a large pan, sauté with non-stick cooking spray. About 5 minutes 3 cups Fat-Free Broth (Chicken, Beef, or Vegtable) 1½ cups Cabbage, chopped ½ cup Green Beans 1 tbls Tomato Paste ½ tsp Basil, dried ¼ tsp Oregano, dried ¼ tsp Salt Add all of the above and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer, covered, about 15 minutes or until the beans are tender. ½ cup Zucchini, diced Stir in zucchini and heat 3-4 minutes. Serve hot. Four 1 cup servings. |

Whatever you do, don't offend the cabbage before you make it into soup; I've heard horror stories about indigestion post-eating-insulted-cabbage-soup.

yes i've made it i use garlic salt ,butter cabbage,link sausage and potaoes.i cut potatoes up cook them until soft.i draim them put aside.i then put sausage,cabbage,potatoes in water add garlic salt and butter[i just add as i like]cook until cabbage is cooked but not too cooked.cabbage wont last long because it get soggy in day or too
