yeah i have been tryingto hook up my xbox 360 for a live account and i got the modem and the router and im trying to hook it up but it says that i cannot connect to the internet
it says something like: cannot connect to internet turn off and on yuor modem does anyone knowhow ican fix this cause i have tried everything i can think of |

Because depending on the router you will no doubt have to put in some port numbers in order for it to work. So go to xbox360.com and get a hold of Microsoft. I know that isn't much help but that's the best help / advice I have for you on what to do. |

Try unplugging your modem and your router for 1 minute and plugging them back in. Make sure your 360 is off when you do this because what you're doing is resetting your IP address so they are both running the same one. The same thing happened to me and that's what I had to do....give it a shot....
