Sorry if i am posting in the wrong place. I didnt see anything eles that was appropriate. I know most of y'all dont know me and I dont post very much. Just wanted to ask those of you who pray ( and those who dont to send good thoughts) for my family. We lost our mom today. She was very sick. We are all taking it very hard. We know that our mom is in heaven with God, but we are so sad and lonely for her and its only been less than 24 hours. I have spent 37 years with her, the last 10 years helping her with the last two being very intense. Thank GOd my father has been right there with me all the time. We are Christians but we really dont know what to do with ourselves. We are so happy for her that she made it "home" but so sad that she isnt here with us. My parents just celebrated their 55 wedding anniversary in September.

I'm really sorry to hear about your mom. I know it is never easy when someone you love dies. You have the right frame of mind though. Be happy she has left her worn out body and is free now. We only greive for ourselves and the time between now and when we see those loved ones again. It is but a short time. I had this same problem when my grandma passed away. She was the only true mom I ever knew. Your mom isn't suffering and no matter what you had a great 37 years. Cherish every happy memory. It will take some time of course.

I'm sorry to hear that. My step-mom lost her mom recently, so I'm familiar with what you're going through. I can't say I know what it's like since I haven't lost my mom, but I know it sucks.

Sorry for your loss. We lost our Mom almost 7 yrs ago and yes it a tough road.
Not Gone, just Gone Ahead.

Sorry to hear. I lost my father to cancer right before christmas in 2003. It's never easy, I went through so many emotions for at least a year after he left. It will get easier to deal with in time, but the thoughts about them never go away.

I understand what it's like to loose someone you love; my prayers are with you and yours!!! Wish you hope, and love.....

im knew to these foroums...but my heart and prayers go out to you..keep talking and praying with each other..i lost a sister-in-law just before christmas 07..was worried about my brother...for she was his whole life..grieving is a real needed fact in a situation like this..one thought for you...time is short on this earth...it wont be too long and you will be with her for eternity..prayers, and love in God be with you...

Yeah, to bad they don't put an expiration date on our birth certificates so we could plan better. Better Live right everyday.
