I thought the video was very humorous. I think this thread got way out of hand. We have had a lot of presidents that did great thing and got caught doing stupid things. I have the right to have an opinion of all of them, just like you do.

My favorite president was Nixon. He did more for international relations than any other president. He just got caught do the same things others did.

As far as Clinton, my son at the age of 7 said it best: "Why is it everyone's business, isn't that personal?" Did Clinton do good things, yeah. Did he get caught do something that most consider wrong, yeah.

With Bush...are we in a situation we can't get out of, definately. Did he form information to fit what he wanted, yeah. Is he to arrogant to admit a mistake, yeah. And I don't have a clue how we are going to fix it.

Before anyone gets on their high horse about the troops, don't start with me. My son has enlisted and is going to boot camp in June. I do support the troops...not the decision.

As a fan of 'roots' music, I like to keep informed about the original artists.

Defenders of Bush, lend me your eyes. One, the gas prices are up because the economy is down this goes along with everything else's increase in price not just gas. Two, the economy is down because Bush blew millions of dollars within the first few years of his presidency (first term). Three, the war has been proven to of been started off false pretenses and that the intelligence that was gathered was false. Four, the reason you argue about these things is not because the troops are fighting for you it is because troops of the past have fought for you. Five, I do not care for any rebuttle because I WILL NOT reply to this rather useless and senseless type of topic again.

I agree with Lindyy. When a man is serving his term as president, he should be respected. Once he is out of office, then he is fair game. In that connection when Clinton was president, even though he lied and disgraced the oval office by having sex in it, particularly since he was/is a married man, I never trashed him. Although I did not vote for him, Clinton was my president and because he held that office I would never dream of denegrating that office by name-calling and bashing him the way the Bush bashers do.

Dragoness. The thing about Clinton is that he lied under oath. Remember Clinton can no longer practice law; he was disbarred. The judicial system takes perjury seriously.

aspiringactress...... Kennedy was definitely a murderer. Anyone who not only puts a woman in the bottom of a lake, but also leaves her to drown there deserves that label. I also heard the rumors, don't know if they are fact or fiction, that the Kennedys had Marily Monroe killed because President Kennedy revealed too many state secrets during "pillow talk."

As far as the Clintons are concerned, remember there are rumors that Hillary and Bill killed their lawyer Vince (last name???) who was involved in the White Water land deal. The rumor is that he was going to out Hillary as a lesibian. Another rumor is that he knew where the skeletons were buried and could put the Clintons in jail in connection with White Water.

In respect to our president's sex life, in a way it is our business. After all if the First Lady cannot trust her own husband, then how can we as a nation trust him. (rethoric question ... do not expect answer)

Northernyankee...... excellent point in that, if Bush had lied and had violated the laws of the constitution and done all the other things the lefties on this site claim, surely he could have been impeached for at least one of those infractions. But every negative said on this thread about Bush is all about Bush bashing, which is lies and venomous remarks with not a single shred of truth.

cutelittledevilsmom....... Cindy Sheehan a grieving mother? Northeryanke referred to her as a disingenuous person in one of his posts. He is right; she is a "disingenuous person" who has shown disrespect for her son and uses his death for her own cause.

If you loved your son, you don't use his death to enrich yourself financially and attempt to make yourself famous, particularly when your entire family is against it. Are you aware her family has disowned her? Are you aware her husband divorced her, because he hates what she is doing to their son's memory? When your husband divorces you because what you are doing is so repugnant, something is very amiss.
