Herb crusted salmon or cod with rice,a fresh sweet potato, asparagus, simple salad; lettuce, carrot, cucumber, an avocado, and buttered bread will be required. Try to get organic if you can as long as its really organic and just somthing they threw on the label.

Peel about ten potatoes, shred 4 of them, and cube the rest then boil them in a pan of water, then once theyre done then add some black pepper and a box of velveta cheese, and some chicken breast in a can |

OK, so lately I have been feeling kinda down with my boyfriend moving away and the whole him not there on Valentine's day. So I decided tonight it me night. So for supper I am having nachos and salsa and vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce and chunks of brownies on top. SO not on the diet but just for tonight I do not care. I have the music cranked and my computer. time to enjoy.

Sounds like a plan Whisper. I am finishing up the Valentine's treats & cleaning out the fridge, tomorrow I am going on a big shopping trip for healthy "real" food.
