By the sound of it the correct portion would be about the size of a golf ball.

Ground beef 1 egg, beaten Salt and pepper to taste Cracker crumbs Flour Make patties of ground beef. Dip into beaten egg and then into cracker crumbs and flour which have been mixed together. Fry at medium temperature with a little oil until done in the middle. Serve on hamburger bun or by itself |

Hi everyone. I just took some hamburger meat out of the freezer and am trying to figure out what I want to make. I make some mean onion burgers, the kids luv, but, wanted to try something different. Maybe I'll try these. I have some angus ground beef. It was on sale, cheaper than the regular meat, so I got it. Might as well get the good stuff when it's on sale, right????? Anybody have any other suggestions for the angus ground beef????????????? If you do, let me know. Got a few hours before I have to start cooking. Ok, thanks all.
