i just cant fall asleep! its already 2:30 and i have to but up for work at 6:30 ... i cant fall asleep someone help me?

Somtimes we cannot sleep becasue of mind is still running, thoughts are being processed, Ahh does someone have somthing bothering them, or somthing they are thinking about?
