so god and i are having a bit of a difference of opinions these days...

God and I had a big fight in 1994. I shouted, ranted, raved.. made some valid points... 2:30 in the morning, on the edge of a golf course. Know how He answered me?? Right in the middle of point I was making, I heard sirens, and a couple cop cars drove up the driveway. Someone heard me yelling and called them. He has a funny way about Him, that's for sure...

I would say that too. But once I see the light at the end of the tunnel, I know that I will be alright. I've been through a lot of stress in the past. I didn't know if I would survive. But God always seem to step in right on time. As the saying goes, "He may not come when YOU want him...but HE will step in right on time." Something like that.

I don't believe that God doesn't give us more than we can bear. I don't want to start a Bible war and I don't feel like arguing with non-Christians over what the Bible says. If you want to know my take on this, send me an email.

This is the key issue for me.

I can't be very helpful participating in a plan when I have no frigg'in clue what the plan is!

Until he's finds it in his heart to let me in on this well-guarded secret there just isn't much I can do to be of assistance.

This is a problem I’ve always had with the Bible. It’s seems to preach what we shouldn’t do to the point of beating those things into the ground until you get tired of hearing them. But it fails to suggest what we should do other than to be fruitful and multiple. But I think we’ve already procreated more than he actually meant for us to do. Also being fruitful is a pretty vague plan isn’t it????

Well, it's pretty clear that it's false that no one is ever faced with more than they can bear. There are plenty of examples of people who have been broken by the unbearable hardships that life has placed on them. Many people around the world have died from from the unbearable loads that life has placed on them. Even whole cultures have been pressured out of existence by the unbearable hardships of life.

It's simply not true. Period.

By the way, I hope you find relief from your hardships whatever they may be.

my personal belief about more than we can bear. If you want to get stronger, sitting on your butt is not going to get you there. If you want to get smarter, watching cartoons is not going to get you there. If you want to be able to handle any problem that arises, having problems is the only way you get there. It is a lot like experience, When you need it, you don't have it. After you have it, you do not need it anymore. Just my thoughts.

i dont believe,i make my own destiny and i follow my own ways,i dont need to believe in anything to get me through the day

my most recent test was relying on faith, and being left into the dark, it is ver hard for me, and i am still going through it but i am learning much about having faith in the lord and no that i will no go astray, when at some low points i do have my doubts
