put yer food in the blender with 1/2 cup of yer favorite liquid...now ya gotta smoothie! Not hard at all

ooooooh I've thought about checkin out chapters some day , the chapters in Naniamo has a Starbucks in it , I dont do coffeee but vannilla frapachino's are yummy
