you'll also need to make sure you have Java installed and is up-to-date. you can get Java at the Sun Microsystems website, which is at www.sun.com. It's a free download, too.

Well I tried to IM you but you did'nt answer so you must have it off in your settings. Check your setting on the blue bar at the top of the page.
