Hiya zman, dozzer Cindy, when i had dial up it was just to slow, even with the accelerator it just couldn't compete. What i got to looking at, was what i was paying for phone bills, and for dial up service, and realizing that, i started looking for package deals. I have dsl, and unlimited long distance calling for less than 20 bucks /month more than i was paying. check with your phone company and see what they have to offer. some companies also offer a package that includes satellite tv.

I will have to look into that Mark...land line right now is around $46 a month, but my internet through PeoplePC was only $139 a year. |
