Ok so theres this girl who i work with, we're friends but i've kinda developed a bit of a crush on her
Does anybody have a non awkward method for telling her that im interested in her as more than friends? feedback would be greatly appreciated

valentines is the perfect time to send her an anonymous present from "a secret admirer". not anything expensive of course, maybe a rose or bouquet of flowers.

yes, quit your job, and THEN tell her, that way you're not dating a co-worker

i was thinking of just randomly telling her "hey guess what Ive kinda got a crush on you! Isnt that funny?! ha ha ha eh oh sh!t shouldnt have said that"
basically if i cant get over my awkwardness, why not just embrace it?

Unless you already have indicators of interest streaming out from her to you, why the hell would you want to do that?
Giving your statement of intent/interest won't affect anything in terms of how she FEELS toward you unless you've passed the A2 stage (female-to-male interest).
Have you been attracting her and building sexual tension?

No. That is something you say when you are 12 dude. Personally, I think it is a big "No-No" to even ask someone you work with out on a date. Or to even tell them you like them.

However, if you insist on asking her out or telling her about your crush, do not do that Valentine's "secret admirer" crap. That is too darn silly. You just need to nut up, and when you can find the time to talk to her, just be up front about how you feel man. Again, I don't think you should do it, but if you want to then just talk to her straight up and tell her how you feel.

Well the other night she gave me a ride home after work and she said goodnight in what i interpreted as a really flirtacious tone of voice
sometimes ive seen her smiling at me...

But really when i tell a gal im into her i never really expect a positive response, hell not being rejected directly is positive as far as im concerned

Dude. Take this from me. You would be surprised at who likes you and who doesn't. You can make up all the excuses in the world to not tell a girl you like her. And yeah, you won't deal with rejection. Then again, you won't ever get what you want either.
