Are you a person who would continue in a job/career that you didn't like just cause you "needed" the money, or are you a person that would say "the heck with this", and quit your job without the security of another one? As for me I'm the latter.

Tough call...Not fond of living on the streets in 20 below windchill, so I guess I would put up with it until something better came along

Cooking is my passion and its the only thing I like and can see myself doing

I've quit a few due to my temper but always had offers on the table so a job right away.. Now, I'm in a different industry and although the managing a business is the same I wouldn't leave without setting something up and in this industry I don't have the luxury of advance offers...

I go to a crap job everyday, because I have to pay bills !! On that note I am looking.. cause my job sucks that bad....

Get to travel, expenses paid, when I get a raise, I get like a dollar, not 25 or 50 cents. The owner of the company AND my direct supervisor smoke pot so I doubt I'm going anywhere soon. I have job security cause I hook my supervisor up with bud! :)

Yes I hate my job, I go every time they have me down to go to work. I am looking for another job though but wouldn't dare quit until I got another job.

I quit a job in the pass because I didn't really have any major bills at the time and I was really young it took me way too long to find another job, like years. That is one lesson I won't forget even though I have been so keyed on leaving my current job.. I just won't. No matter how upset or how bad things are I just won't leave not yet.

I've been even looking at work at home jobs and haven't come up with too many at all that look good enough to me to start etc, so I can quit my current job and do something else.

Well, I'd say just the hell with it if it wasn't for me and I didn't like it. But, before I'd go, I'd give those that I didn't like some sweet chin music! And pinch all the girls butts that I liked on the way out while streaking to the front door!

If I had a job, I'd keep it. Because I need money.

i'd have to say i'd stick it out... if i did what i really wanted (freelance writer) i'd take about a $40K pay cut... who can eat that? not me.

I've had some jobs that I absolutely hated. Few and far between though.

I've always been one who never had much problem finding work when I needed it, in fields that I enjoy. So if I find myself unhappy. I've never had a problem leaving... But if I had kids.. I'm sure that would cause me to think differently.

My previous job I hated but due to finances I had to keep it until I found a job I liked. It was a struggle everyday but I had to put up with it to make ends meet. I am much happier with my current job.
