well I would think a person would need to know how to drive anyway, not just to see their boyfriend. Things like getting back and forth to work, going grocery shopping, etc. How the heck do you do all that without a car? You have to keep asking people for rides, I guess. But doesn't that get old?Doesn't everyone want to be independent?
