Does the Uk have a universal healthcare system? healthcare is free in the uk. but i do pay private for some things, is that what you mean?? hate to inject politics here, but, in Nov we can have a choice, of sorts, on universal health care. That is a description of what exists in Canada and the UK. The same thing will happen here, or worse, if we elect the wrong person to be president, I fear.

Maybe you can address your concern with your policy makers. It sounds quite valid. I'm terrible about getting those exams and know better.
