The only scary movies that I find remotely scary are ones that are based on true stories. Fire in the Sky, The Exorcist, Poltergeist, Wolf Creek, etc.

the 1st Nightmare on elm street was the scariest out of all of them....the rest were almost comedy.....freddy is the s**t!!
