I do have to say, when it comes to beer, it depends on where in Canada
it's brewed. When I was living in Edmonton, Alberta I got hooked on
Budweiser. It quickly became my favourite especially cuz it was brewed
to Canadian standards of 5% alcohol by volume. When I moved back to
Ontario, I've never had a Bud that didn't taste like s**t. Then it
dawned on me. Bud brewed with glacier water, yum. Bud brewed with Lake
Ontario water, barf. Which works for just about any beer.
Having said that, I've NEVER had a good tasting Crudweiser in the
states.
I will say this Ontario, when I lived across the river from Detroit, the
Michiganders came across in droves to the bars cuz they got a better
buzz off better tasting beer lol.
