It's been almost a year since I've been at my company at this location, and since day one there has been a person who has been all over my ass about everything. She's very passive-aggressive and has tried to undermine my professional relationships with everyone. My boss is great and doesn't seem to realize what kind of person she is. I just had my review and things were brought up that weren't entirely true, they were just her spin to the main office, which came back to him. I decided not to say anything because I know what kind of person I am, but how long do I keep it up? My Mom tells me to let her hang her own rope and just deal with it.
Any thoughts? |

you really have to stand up for yourself, but keep it in a very professional manner. Don't let her ruin your rep, ESPECIALLY to your bosses and human resources.

What kinds of things on your review? Things that could impede on your salary or promotion through the company? I don't think the review has anything to do with my raise or a promotion, because I'll be in the same position either way. Sorry I just had to rant. Thank you guys for listening |

well that's good at least. I say to let it slide UNLESS it's something that can negatively impact your success there.
