While browsing other sites, this time a Latin American site, I have found another picture taken, not from a profile but from the actual advertisement of the site, posted here as a profile pic.

This is not the first time I have found a picture that was taken from somewhere else and used. Why would someone do that? Are they A) Ashamed of who they are? B) Just posting a bogus profile to mess with people? or C) An actual redirect to a pay site, usually porn?

This is the kind of thing that make it difficult to actually find real people as friends. Or, another hindrance in the difficulty of hoping to make a connection with someone. I just wish there was a better kind of filtering system. I don't blame the site because they can't possibly catch everyone and are doing the best they can. I blame the inconsideration of people who don't care about anyone else's feelings but their own.

that is why i refuse to let them use my pictures for advertising anymore no matter how much they are willing to pay me!!

There was a girl here a couple months back who got caught using Michelle Trachtenberg's pic. She replied by claiming she really WAS Michelle Trachtenberg. I'm still not entirely sure I believe her.

I haven't seen her on here for awhile, so she must be making another movie.
