I am beginning to start my music library, once again, and before this PC thinks about crashing again, I would like to know what is the best way to keep music/mp3's??

Where are you Dloading your music from? Be Careful if your not payin for it!

I just store them on my jump drive. You can get two or three jump drives for $30 depending on how many MB's or GB's your looking for. Its better then lugging around an external hard drive everywhere

And I would recommend downloading Limewire and going to www.download.com and searching Avast for virus protection

Right.... dload them and get them off your hard drive ... Storing them on your hard drive is generally fine, so long as you disable the "share" feature on your p2p downloading platform. The RIAA has consistently been going after "sharers" of mp3s rather than "downloaders." |

And one NEVER knows how many coals are in the fire for performers rights! As being a member of ASCAP and BMI....I always take the safe bet on this issue...just my opinion
