I'm having a bad day too :) Probably not as bad as yours though. So... as everyone here wants to know. What did your roomie do? He told me the landlord wants us out by the 15th of this month. I was confused because thats not 30 days. I called the landlord and he said no such thing. My roomie didnt send in the rent money I was giving him for like 2 months.. EFF |

But WTF I took a quick look at your profile and it say's you work at T-Mobile, did something happen to that and now you just got messed over big time or what. Just a little confusining is all. She has to move to a different city. Sorry to hear the bad news sara, good luck with your job search. In your situation, it'd probably be best just to apply everywhere you possibly can in Eugene to secure things at first. As you get your feet under you, you'll be able to look for a better job for the longer term. Oh okay. Sorry kinda tired and not fully with it I guess. |

The only thing im good at is phone stuff and cleaning. Other then that im kinda useless lol Well if its any help, I give free training! EFF Sounds like you should stay if you can and your dumbass roomie should find another place to live. Or better yet you should take him to court and get some money out of him for screwing you so badly and leaving you up a hill with out a paddle so to speak. |

I dont know what they did with the money. BUT he already moved his stuff out and He wont call me back.. I hate people who only think of them selvs.

I'd say if you know his friends or family anything like that tell them what he did or really take him to court to get the rest of the money that need's to be paid. |

DAMN, that really does sucks. I'd say if you know his friends or family anything like that tell them what he did or really take him to court to get the rest of the money that need's to be paid. Yep, definitely sucks. If she paid in cash and is on the lease, there is really no remedy that she would be able to gain in court. Even if paid by check, there would still have to be proof that she gave the money to her ex-roommate which would be very hard to prove. |
