Hmmmm This is not a Rate My Profile Thread? Your question specificlly was why would people
ask to be rated and subject themself to abuse (paraphrased) which continued from your self assigned score to other's self rateing which IMHO was in some cases was off target also. Nothing was said about required self rateing so you do not get to change the criteria just because you have some idea that is fair which I wholy disagree with. If or when I want someone else to rate my profile I get the standard concept of the topic and will do so. Somehow being self grandiseing "hot" has never been a real high priority on my list and it has never been an issue in finding a decent guy in my life.
