not.... yeah get redy to go to a dinner and just as i head out the door the phone rings and it gets canseled..... lol all dressed up and nowhare to go.....

Speaking as a person who's had to deal with such flakiness, there's only one course of action to take- -drink lots of alcohol. And when said flake decides to call you back to re-schedule your date, tell her you've got a date with Ms. St. Pauli girl instead.

Same thing happened here, I called this girl, and we were going to get together for dinner. First time we would have met, she never shows up. I tried calling her cell phone, and no answer. I leave a message. She text messages me the next day that she chickened out. She asked me if I hated her. I said no, just don't think I want to date her. The first time in my life I have ever been stood up, nor have I ever stood someone up, the feeling isn't good. It hurts!

It sucks even more when one of her idiot friends calls you a "terrorist" afterwards too, which is what happened to me. Then she got all "poor victim" on me when I called her on her flakiness AND her friend's BS. Needless to say, it simply isn't worth that kind of crap. As far as I'm concerned, just pulling that malarkey off just ONCE should be grounds for a dumping. Don't do what I did, which was to try to be "the nice guy" and give her the second chance- they'll inevitably blow that, too.
