ahh this sucks have u ever been too tired to sleep??

yes i worked grave yard for years.i am still in the night shift mode after 6 months away,it sucks

I hate it when that happens..... What I do is, I'll stick in a movie, sit in my recliner and just drift away slowly....it usually works. Or, if you want to get to sleep, take a 12 hour benedryll.....those are AWESOME and they make you VERY drowsy.....they work too...
