I only help friends i can count on. If i know they wont help me, I wouldnt either. Your thinking makes sense. One cannot help a person, knowing that particular person would not lift a finger for you. One cannot just give and give, because then one becomes a fool. However, if it is a life and death situation, then I would help even if that person was not willing to help me, because I would never walk away and let a person die. |
