Do u think it is fair that my cousing was at his friends house chilling outside and cops storm the place because they think they have guns and my cousin gets kicked in the ribs really hard, and is cuffed for no good reason. and when the cops were abou to leave they almost forgot to take them off. Do u think its fair cops liek this get away with ****??

thats my point nothing was going on, i hate miami police they are such idiots im not even from Fl, im from Tx, were the police is much tighter, and when i was here with my new car i got pulled over for no license plate, the cop asked why i said it was a new car and the temporary paper lisence plate was in the back i looked at him like he was stupid and he told me to just go

the cops shot my ex for no reason last weekend.............. police take that sh*t to the extreme.

Your cousin should be able to get his license back if it isn't suspended, don't know why they would have kept it.

The police cuff people for their (police) safety, so they don't start fighting with them, etc. I am sorry your cousin had this problem, but they must had had a reason to storm the place, someone made a complaint, a loud party, etc., police don't usually just go bust a house for kicks. Who knows.

I wouldn't want to be a police officer with all the crap they put up with, getting shot at, run over with cars, stabbed, assaulted, spit on/blood spattered on them (with AIDS/hepatitis infection concerns) etc. So many people are under the influence of drugs and alcohol and get stupid. They have even had a police office had battery acid poured in his face through a hose here in this state a couple of years ago when he stopped to try to help someone who was supposedly broken down.

Your cousin should be able to get his license back. He could probably file a complaint about them being too rough with him too. I don't know the laws there.
