i guess i also had a poor experience with guitar hero my first time. played with a stingy friend who only had one guitar and didn't share, i played with the regular controller and just got fed up.

Well let me tell you. You have got to play Rock Band.. There is drums, bass guitar, electric guitar and a singer.. So 4 people can play. It's way fun..

You are correct that some people use all lower case as a style of writing, but using upper case, when applicable, is part of English grammar. To be specific, it falls within three categories: (1) English Grammar Mechanics, (2) Capitalization Grammar and (3) Usage Grammar.

Incidentally, one of my degrees is in English. Therefore, I know what I am talking about.

toastedoranges..... Of course it doesn't bother me. Read my original post again and you will note that I am defending people who pick crazy user names and use improper grammar. It is because I realize that when we get on these threads, none of us proof read what we are typing. Therefore, all of us, including myself, are bound to make grammar errors. Again, who cares if we use improper grammar on these sites? We are supposed to be having fun, not writing essays for grades.

P.S. I am editing this to note that I am with you in that TV and advertising sites should not use "crap English," as you put it. I consider it an insult to those of us who see the advertising.

ah, i see. i thought you just meant people's screen names, which is understandable. mistakes are understandable too. but when someone ends their senetnce with "at", that's not often just a mistake.
