this is going to sound trite, but time will tell. sometimes when you meet a person you cannot stop thinking about him, but after a while that feeling disappears. but if it is true love, the passage of time won't change things. additionally, you need to like that person for what he is, which means his faults. you also need to like everything about that person, not just his good looks and personality, but who he is inside, meaning his character. also are you proud of him .... do you want to introduce him to your family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers? do you look forward to seeing him? are you just as happy to be with him when you are hanging around doing nothing, or do you need to go some place where there is excitement? can you two hold a conversation? do you share common bonds, that is the same culture, religion, and political beliefs? however, if everything is physical, that is the wild kisses, and etc., then it is not love.
