you should combine them both in one day........do 45 minutes of cardio.......then 45 minutes of weights......

I would if I had that much time, but I only have a little over an hour in the morning to workout right now. I'll be coming in an hour later starting next week so I could probably do it then

ok well combining cardio and weights in one sitting will do more for you and help you lose the weight......change up the routine.....bigsmile Do at least 30 minutes cardio and then 30 minutes weights......

I don't mind the treadmill either but they have no fans in there and it gets hotter then hell so I have to carry water a towel with me. I should have mentioned this gym is at work.

Oh and the colder the water the better..........put ice cubes in it.......will make your body shivver which burns calories.....and wth is there no fans in there??? I think you should complain!!!grumble grumble
