WHy is it people will send me IMs asking if i have a web cam and when I tell them NO they always close down the window. I dont want a web cam i dont need people seeing me type or seeing me come out of the shower in a towel. sigh If you want to talk to me great but dont ask about a camra. i DONT have one!!!

I HATE when people ask if I have a webcam. I have noticed tho that with me it is a certain ethnicity that likes to ask. So not to sound prejudice or anything but I generally don't talk to that ethnicity because I don't feel like being perved.

I always hate that question!! And the conversation always goes, "Hey" "Hello!" "U have ne other pics?" "No, sorry, I don't have any other pictures." "U have a webcam?" "Nope" [IM window is closed] GRRR!!!!!

i turned my ims off The best answer yet With a e-mail you have proof With a Im on Here they can talk to you anyway They want and you have no proof at all stick To the e-Mail box ans for web cam's who needs them I have pictures lot's of them just ask i will show them

Oh come now, don't be so harsh, lol. Not EVERY person that wants to view you on a webcam is doing so out of perversion. I, for example, like to see peoples reactions when I talk to them. I like to see the different expressions, especially smiling and laughing... it's just not the same in a picture.

I never get asked to turn mine on... I have only web cammed with one person that was not a family member. Oh...excuse me. Two of my friends that I met through the man I cammed with when we talked. I have to admit..it was fun to see each other while we typed and responded to each other. I have turned down many that ask for my mail address and want to chat off of here. I tell them here is fine for now til I feel comfortable with them. They usually go away quite fast. Kat

You're one of the few who are not that way. 98% of the people that ask me if I have a cam follow up with "I want to see your sexy body." And the other 2% show no expressions when typing or reading so its really not worth it to me.
