I got sorta disapponted about something. Me and a local guy on here had been chatting for awhile, hit it off real well and had made plans to meet and then something came up(it was legit..np) and planned to reschedule and then he just stopped responding and was taken off my friends list just like that, i tried to get an explanation, but to know avail, no response. I thought it was very rude

sorry to hear that but at least he didn't steal his parents truck, money, etc and then you find out he was an ex con now about to go back to jail like happened to me a few months back..keep your chin up...it'll get better

True story... three months of talking led finally to a meeting... at which she revealed A) She's married (never heard about this before) B) She has two kids (not a big deal, but again, NEVER brought this up!) and C) her job isn't what she said it was.

So yeah, that was a fun weekend. At some point of diminishing returns, you almost HOPE that the person stops talking to you even if you don't know why, because sometimes the reason is more than you really care to have to deal with.

I need to go play air guitar right now. "Leaving On A Jet Plane" just came on. I'll be sitting in front of the fireplace if anyone needs me...
