Those aren't pop-ups they 're inbedded and firewall won't stop 'em. and it is girl friend seasonlaugh

Some firewalls block banner ads also, mine does, in privacy settings

So when I go under my control panel/internet settings/privacy do I need to go into advanced options or what???

No, not in windows, in your firewall program. Some firewalls and other security/privacy programs will block them.

Check maybe in the privacy settings of your firewall program.

I know for sure ZoneAlarm, Etrust EZ Armor Secuirty Suite, and CA security suite do, I'm not sure about any others though.

if your using firefox you can block image from " pagead2.googlesyndication.com " in the settings.

you open preferences click on content tab. then next to the "automaticly load images" click exeptions. then. put that address in and click block...

or maybe not worked on some of em.... lmao

if you're using firefox, download the adblock add-in here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1865

no-script is worth checking out as well, but can get annoying if you like things to "just work" - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/722
