I don't believe the world wide web is the new bible. I think it some cases it brings people together and in many it brings alot of problems. I don't want to get in detail about how many bad things are on this website and what kind of people use it for business purposes in the wrong way.

See now somwhere far in the future someone is going to say to his congregation " the prophet Kat inserted the scratching head icon here, when they first realized they were in the New Bible" and the congregation will go Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

It's time to see THE MATRIX again.

Some of us on here have said that if the Bible was really the word of God it would be more obvious. So obvious that there would be only one religion over the whole world. So I started thinking what would the real word of God look like. At first I thought maybe it would glow and float in the air at about chest level. Then I thought it would not be one book it would be many because some people really like to read and God created everything so I think it would be an almost infinite number of books written about everything. People who like music could get music there, people who liked art could see art, poetry,and so on. It would appear to you in what ever language you spoke so that no one would be left out of it.

As I thought about this it came to me that I was almost describing the world wide web. Almost infinite in knowledge. You can find information that applies to whatever you think about. It connects with other people all over the world. It comes in the language that you need. It is such an obviously important thing that no one can ignore it for long. I don't know who said what I am paraphrasing here but here goes. Ladies and Gentleman We have looked for the New Bible and it is Us.

Hey, they can even offer a 'create your own bible' for a small fee. You can pick and choose the verses AND their interpretation from a variaty of offerings.

Instead of "Scripture According to Matthew" we will now quote,

"Scripture According to Matthew";per Wikibib.com, verses xx-xx, per Baptist Church of Christ interpretation (or which ever one suits ones purpose).

Then we would know exactly where every Christian stands on a particular verse. According to Wikiebib.com that is.

Great idea, what fun that would be.

Yes... I hate to say this... but the devil has been decieving mankind and urging him to exalt himself above God for centuries. It is truly naive to think that he does not exist or that he is not eagerly at his work.

Ahhh This is exactly my point, (or at least reminds me of a point) God made Everything. He is in Everything. I think people who believe he is only in one small book that is believed in half the world are being deceived. Just open your eyes to all he has created. He does not stop at a book. He made it all, all in his glory, all from him.
