Can you tell me some other choice uses for saffron besides soups and stews? Can we use saffron in any exotic seafood to enhance aroma or flavor? I have a marinated langastino recipe that's incredible but its vinegar based and I'm wondering if the saffron will knock out some of the basalmic? Any clues?

Well, I am still a student in the kitchen, but,
Saffron can be used to cook with race,
the viniger and asffron might...Im not exactly to sure, I would tell you to experiment, but safforon isnt exactly cheap
if its possiable you might want to lower the amount of viniger, add a little oil if its not in there already, and reduce all amounts of all the ingredients (if you want a stronger saffaron flavor)
but plz dont stick with what I say, plz ask others aswell, and see what seems to work for most, and try that (again Im still a student, and I have much to learn)
