A knight in shining armor all the women say
Someone to ride in to town and save the day Dressed in shining steel from his head to his toes That armor nobody can penetrate with the heftiest of blows What‘s under the cover no one dares to ask For he rides around town with a shield and a mask They all swoon and giggle for a man of steel On his big white horse he seems quite surreal But what do they know at the end of the day Will he stick around? Will he make her pay? When she touches his armor will she feel his heat Or just cold hard steal like his sword and his sheath That big white stead he rode in on is 20 hands tall Will he stay on his high horse or eventually fall Will his eyes be kind and gentle under that mask? These are the questions I have to ask. Put down the sword. Put down the shield Take off you armor love is not a battlefield I personally know that life at best is tough I wanna man with all the right stuff Not cold and hard with no emotion But one that will make me feel like I just drank a potion. A knight for me I have to avidly say no Personally I will take one Cowboy TO~GO! |
