if you sent someone an email and then block them do they still get the email and see your pic?

I am afraid so. Blocking them prevents them from mailing you, not you from mailing them. sorry

I am afraid so. Blocking them prevents them from mailing you, not you from mailing them. sorry Now I'm unconfused with the process but still confused as to why you would send someone an email then block them.
